Garment Sizing
The cutting across different brands and products are different. Therefore, it is important to refer to the size chart included for each product.
Due to manufacturing processes, there will be slight difference in actual product compared to size chart. Please allow for 1-2cm variance when measuring, so if your measurements closely fit the size chart then we recommend going up 1 size to accomodate for shrinkage.
Garment Colours
Unfortunately like many things on the web, we are unable to replicate garment fabric colours exactly as they appear in real life.
- If the garment fabric colour you require is colour critical, we recommend that you purchase a single piece prior to placing your bulk order to ensure the product is suitable.
Add Design (including uploading your own artwork)
- You can use this function to upload your artwork in various formats (EPS, PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF, TIF, GIF).
- We recommend sizing your artwork in the actual print size at 300 dpi.
- Crop off all transparent areas around the design before upload.
- If you need to remove background, please leave us a message on checkout to assist. We will try to remove as much as possible.
- Avoid semi-transparency in your artwork.

Placement of design
In general, we will not adjust the design placement you have made.
- Common placement for front of t-shirt is on the chest area.
- Please note that the mockup does not change with the product size, i.e. if you are ordering a t-shirt in XS and XL size with the same print, the print will appear relatively bigger on XS size and smaller on XL size.
- If you have specific requirement on print placement, please leave us a note with details like "design should be printed 4 inches from collar". We will try to adjust if possible.
